Inspire Learning Centre Ltd. hereinafter referred to as ‘the centre’ may offer a place to the child referred to on the application. If your child gains a place with ‘the centre’ these terms and conditions will apply. The headings in this agreement are inserted for convenience and shall not affect its construction.

Offer Acceptance

A payment for the first half-term must be made prior to your child receiving the initial assessment.

 

Hours Of Operation

The centre will be open between the hours of 4pm and 8:30 pm Monday to Friday and between 8:30am and 1pm Saturday. This will be in term time only. Term dates are available on our website.

 

Fees

All fees are to be paid prior to the start of each half-term. If your child is unable to attend on a particular week the centre is not responsible for making another time available during that week and no fees will be refunded.

Inspire Learning Centre Ltd. makes no guarantees as to the progress that children could or should make.

Cancellation/Termination

(i) After an offer has been made by the centre but not before acceptance by the parent/guardian either party may cancel the offer by serving 7 days written notice.

(ii) After acceptance of the offer by the parent/guardian either party may terminate this agreement by the service of four weeks term-time notice in writing. During that said four week period the centre undertakes to continue to admit the child and the parent/guardian undertakes to pay all fees in full. In the event that the parent/guardian fails to pay the fees the child’s place will be immediately withdrawn and the centre shall be entitled to serve a formal demand for payment of such monies.

(iii) In the event of the parent/guardian giving notice of withdrawal of the child and immediately withdrawing the said child there shall be due to the centre 4 weeks fees in lieu of notice. Failure by the parent/guardian to provide four week’s notice or any notice at all shall render the parent/guardian liable to the centre of four weeks fees.

(iv) If in the reasonable opinion of the Director it is considered that the continued presence of the child referred to herein is detrimental to the health, safety or well being of the child or other children of the centre, then the centre may serve notice to the parent/guardians or a request for the child to be immediately removed from the centre and the provision of four week’s notice as referred to  hereinbefore stated shall not apply.
