Information for the academic year 2019-20 at Inspire Learning Centre Ltd.
To make sure that everyone is aware of our systems and procedures, here is
a reminder of some important information:
Renewing Your Place
As you know,
once you have gained a place with us, it is yours for as long as you
wish. We just require 4 weeks Term-Time notice at any point in the year
if you no longer want your place and by the 1st July 2020 if you do not wish to
secure your place for the following academic year.
Missed Sessions
Just a reminder that missed sessions will still be charged at the normal rate. If your child is unable to attend a particular session, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Cathy on 07854 186384. If you would like us to offer an alternative, please also include this when you contact us. Please note that only very polite requests and those made prior to the session will be considered. On some occasions, we will be able to offer an alternative but please remember that this is a goodwill gesture and is not always possible. If we can offer an alternative, it will be on that same week or the week after- it is impossible for us to ‘bank sessions’ for the future. This has been particularly difficult as in recent years many schools seem to be taking different school holidays. We have therefore included our Holiday Dates so that you can check them against your child’s school. If the holidays don’t match, due to the importance of the session, many children still attend if they are at home during that week. If this is not possible, please let us know straight away and we will put a note in the diary just in case an alternative space becomes available that we can offer to you nearer the time. We have been really good at offering these alternatives in the past but stress that this is a ‘goodwill gesture’ and that the session is chargeable whether an alternative is available or not. We are aware that most people fully understand the above but it is best to make everyone aware at the beginning of the year so that they can look to make alternative arrangements if this is not suitable to anyone’s extremely busy schedule.
Payment Procedure
The fees are organised into monthly payments of £81.90 per child over 10 months– no payments in July or August. This is payable on the 1st of each month – initial payment 1st September 2019 and final payment 1st June 2020. If you chose to pay over 10 months we remind you to put an end date on the standing order to avoid extra payments being sent to us by your bank. Some families have opted for a 12 month payment of £68.25 so that they don’t have to continually stop and restart the payments each year. This is open to anyone who wishes to pay in this way. Please remember that failure to pay on time can result in an administration charge of £10 for each late payment and ultimately the sessions will be withdrawn.
Our Account details are at the end of this letter so that you can set this up online or by going into your bank.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month and can be made by cash, standing order, bank transfer or using ‘Ping-It’ from a mobile phone.
We apologise that cheques cannot be accepted.
